The owners of this family home noticed water coming in via water stains in the ceiling but it wasn’t until they got QualMax involved to investigate that the true extent of the problem was revealed. What was originally thought to be a little problem was actually significant and systematic damage to the house that needed addressing urgently. One of the construction challenges QualMax had to navigate was that so much of the existing timber framing had been compromised by water ingress, which had serious implications around potential project costs for leaky home remediation. Good communication is paramount for QualMax so we walked the owners through their options with full transparency before beginning any work.

Instead of simply putting right the damage, the owners opted to take the opportunity to effectively rebuild their dream home – stripping the house right back to the bones and reassembling it in a completely different way.
