This apartment building with retail space below required a custom-designed and engineered ventilated facade to discourage water from entering the wall cavity. Fitting the new NBK Terracotta rainscreen required a high level of precision and expertise – the aluminium rail system that the tiles fit to must be fixed true into place in order to allow a seamless and flat finish on all faces of the building, from every angle.
